Driving lesson will be terminated and/or booking refused under the following circumstances:

The learner’s licence is suspended or expired

The learner disobeys driving instructions and/or drives in an unsafe manner.

The learner is suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

The vehicle in use is not mechanically sound, is not registered, is not covered by comprehensive car insurance, has physical damage deeming it unsafe to operate, such as: worn tires, cracked windscreen, missing side mirror, faulty indicators, faulty brake lights and headlights, faulty seatbelts,

The vehicle in use hasn’t displayed L plates on the front and rear of the vehicle.

Payment must be made in full at time of booking.
